your room?

The room I've been living in looks just like it, but is a bit larger. I may be open to switching if you have lots of furniture and/or want to have your office in your room; I've been paying a bit more per month. The bigger room is next to the stairwell & door, the one shown above is across from the bathroom. They get about the same amount of light. Both are big enough to comfortably accomodate a queen-sized bed, a desk, a bookshelf...
