The back space shown above is where I've been working, as an office, and is pretty much the only space I'm really attached to and feel strongly about keeping with a new roomie. Otherwise am flexible & open to rearranging in terms of funiture & interested to hear your ideas on the matter, and may be open to switching bedrooms. Both bedrooms are big enough to comfortably accomodate desks as well as queen-sized beds & bookshelves. The back bedroom, however, doesn't get good wireless.
