room for your office? furniture? media center? (same space shown above & below, gets great afternoon sun) The reason this space is where I'd suggest setting something up and "all yours" is because a) the bedroom is on the other side of that wall, giving you as much privacy as possible, and b) it's at the opposite corner of the living space from where I work, so that if both people were working at the same time, both could concentrate. Basically the whole room has a great view, and that area is no exception. Fine if you also want a partition or something somewhere.
